Scheme Description
Friction coefficient test service for offshore engineering and helicopter platform apron
We can provide the following detection and accompanying services:
* Helicopter service providers and IOGP shareholders who are certified to ICAO Annex 14,CAP 437 and MCA-LY2 standards are obliged * to ensure that the inspection and certification of their offshore helipads meet the standards of the local aviation authority, or in the absence of Annex 14/CAP 437 standards. Provide biannual helicopter inspections and annual friction tests to meet this requirement.
* Provide helicopter platform inspection, safety net inspection, tanker inspection, etc., and provide various test service inspection reports according to CAP437.
* Provide helicopter platform friction coefficient car rental and other related equipment and instrument sales business.

Safety net test service for offshore engineering and helicopter platform
JRONT provides offshore platform safety protection network testing services. Our testing services meet CAP437, OGUK and DNV global helipad standards.
According to the technical requirements for safety net of helicopter landing platform:
* The safety net of takeoff and landing platform shall mainly consist of net sheet, safety net frame, manual device and fixing device.
* The mesh size in the mesh should not be more than 90mm x 90mm, and 50 mmx50mm should be used.
* The material of the safety net is nylon. The boundary of each piece of net is connected to stainless steel round steel (SUS316), and the stainless steel round steel is fixed to the net frame with stainless steel cable ties (SUS316). The typical spacing of stainless steel cable ties is 150mm.
* The first ship safety net test shall be erected horizontally on land and laid down on the ship.
* The test weight of the safety net is 450KG, and the test time should be 10min. There shall be no permanent deformation and structural damage after the test. The test load center shall be located at the height of the 2/3 net at the root of the safety net, with an action area of about 0.3m x 1.0m.
