Technical Service Terms
The equipment and products provided by our company are all qualified products that meet national standards and customer requirements, and the products have standard configuration and services in our company. The services provided by our company for customers meet or exceed this standard. The products and equipment provided by our company meet the following requirements:
1. The products and equipment provided by our company are brand-new, originally produced and provided by the factory. If the equipment provided has any quality problems, our company will provide free warranty (including software debugging) and life-long maintenance service.
2. Provide equipment to meet the standards of ISO9001 quality management system certification
3. Our company provides free technical training to customers. The main training contents include: equipment operation, diagnosis of common instrument and meter equipment defects in maintenance, on-site operation methods and skills; Analysis software use, image file data analysis, report generation, editing, etc. The training place is determined by the customer.
4. Our company will provide equipment maintenance and technical services according to customer requirements, and the service will be in place within 3 days. All losses caused by the overdue period will be borne by our company.
5. The technical data shall be checked according to the technical agreement. For the convenience of archiving, the supplier is required to provide a bound copy of the technical data and attach the data catalog for reference.
6. When the instrument and equipment have the analysis software version update, our company will notify the customer in time and provide the upgrade service free of charge.
7. Solve technical problems in accordance with the service items agreed in the contract to ensure the quality of work; impart knowledge of solving technical problems.
8. If the quality of service is found to be defective during the warranty period of the technical service contract, our company shall be responsible for reworking or taking remedial measures.
9. If the work results completed by our company need to be kept confidential, we shall perform the obligation of confidentiality according to the scope and period of confidentiality agreed in the contract.
