Affected by the new crown epidemic, the organizers decided through consultation that the 2022 China International Clean Energy Expo, originally scheduled to be held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Pavilion) in September 2022, will be postponed to March 28-30, 2023, in conjunction with the 2023 China International Clean Energy Expo (hereinafter referred to as "the Expo").

The theme of the Expo is "Building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient new power system. There are four special exhibitions: China International Solar Power Technology and Application Exhibition (four new exhibitions), China International hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry exhibition (China Hydrogen Energy Exhibition), China energy storage development conference and exhibition, and China International Power Equipment and Technology Exhibition (EP China). Special exhibition areas are set up for emerging fields such as digital energy and green power transportation infrastructure. It has received strong support from a number of energy central (state) enterprises and photovoltaic, hydrogen energy, energy storage enterprises and local industrial parks. At present, well-known enterprises such as State Grid, State Energy Group, State Power Investment Corporation, China Power Construction, China Energy Construction, Sinopec, China Shipbuilding, Longji Green Energy, Trina Solar Energy, Jingao Technology, TCL Central, Chint New Energy, Huawei, BYD, Ningde Times, Yiwei Lithium Energy, Dongfang Electric Hydrogen Energy, Yihuatong, CIMC Anruike, etc. have confirmed their participation in the Expo, the exhibits will cover new energy power generation, storage, transmission, transformation, distribution, electricity and other complete new power system ecological chain. With an exhibition area of 35000 square meters, it is expected that more than 200 new technologies, new products, solutions and application cases will be displayed during the Expo. During the same period, more than 20 special conferences will be held, including international exchanges, technical exchanges, industry exchanges and business negotiations. More than 150 experts, scholars and entrepreneurs will be invited to attend and speak at the event. The Expo will also invite representatives of embassies and consulates in China and international organizations in China to attend, and will conduct all-round publicity and reports on the event through authoritative media.
