The door closing force measuring device TM is an excellent device for measuring and calculating the door closing force of railway, tram and bus. The device is manufactured according to the standards DIN EN 14752/BS EN 14752 and VDV 111.
Based on the standard DIN/BS EN14752, a device dedicated to measuring doors can optionally measure the force during repeated closing. The door closing force measurement device TM complies with all requirements for the door limit closing force measurement.

The shell of the load cell is made of special plastic material, which can reduce the mass, has high weather resistance and maximum impact resistance. high quality, a low frictional resistance and durable control element is installed inside the sensor. Therefore, the door-closing force measuring device TM has a high measurement accuracy. When the force varies between 50 up and 360N, the measurement accuracy reaches ± 3%.
The handheld computer PSION WORKABOUT offers a bag and shoulder strap to work ergonomically. During the measurement, the user has the other hand to move freely.
In addition, a major advantage of our handheld computer PSIONWORKABOUT is that it can be used in conjunction with our wheel profile measuring device. In order to reduce costs, the handheld computer can be used to measure both the door closing force and the wheel profile.
Simple and quick operation
The measurement process can be carried out quickly and simply. The measurement data is recorded instantly and displayed visually in the PSION WORKABOUT on the PDA. Pocket PC PSOON WORKABOUT software has a menu, you can know the user simple and quick operation.
The user has several options to choose from: job number/vehicle number, vehicle operating status (mileage), notes, signature (touch screen), number of doors, name of the door (4 digits, alphanumeric) and type of door as well as limit values and measurement points for these options.
Information on the measured peak force and effective force is provided during the measurement. If the preset value is exceeded, the user's visual and auditory attention will be drawn. The door overview section allows the user to quickly browse the status of the door that has been measured and is about to be measured. If it is displayed as a tick, the door is in good condition. If the limit is exceeded, a red difference will appear. Our software has the advantage that an already started measurement process can be interrupted and restarted later.
This enables users to flexibly organize their work and time.
If there are 26 doors per train and each door measures up to 3 points (3 times per measuring point), the PDA can store data for more than 1000 trains.
At the end of each measurement process, detailed measurement records are created, and users can immediately retrieve them WORKABOUT the PSION on the palm computer. These data can be transmitted to the computer in PDF, Excel or database MDB format.

Store data in multiple formats
The HGE-Visual Data Manager software used in conjunction with the door closing force measurement device enables the user to easily and quickly transfer data from the PSION WORKABOUT to the personal computer. Users can choose from multiple formats to store data (PDF, Excel, and MDB).
The HGE-Visual Data Manager software can also provide other information to the user, such as the state of charge of the rechargeable battery of the PSION WORKABOUT and the available storage space of the computer.
HGE-viewer is part of HGE-Datamanager. It enables the user to record the measured data in detail to the chart. The measurement curve can be accurately analyzed and studied.
