YOKOGAWA CW500 power quality analyzer is a portable field power measurement instrument using current clamp, which is suitable for power consumption measurement and power quality analysis of power supply lines. Capture short duration power failures in accordance with IEC 61000-4-30 Class S standard.

Features
▶Power measurement and recording
• Simultaneous measurement of 3-channel voltage input, 4-channel current clamp input and 2-channel DC voltage input.
• Instantaneous value, average value, maximum/minimum value of voltage, current, power, power factor, phase angle, phase lead capacitor and DC voltage input can be displayed. The display mode can be selected from value list or trend chart.
• Displays the integral quantities of active power, reactive power, apparent power consumed and generated, respectively.
• By comparing the power consumption with the target demand, the actual power demand can be monitored on the instrument body screen.

Measurement of temporary faults on supply lines
• Voltage swell, voltage sag, voltage interruption, instantaneous overvoltage, inrush current and other temporary fault phenomena on the power supply line will cause equipment failure or damage to equipment, CW500 can capture such phenomena as events at a high-speed sampling rate of 24μs, and calculate the effective value.
• Event data includes fault type, fault occurrence time or fault end time, measured values, and voltage/current waveforms for all channels with a period of approximately 200ms.
• Measurement method follows IEC 61000-4-30 Class S standard.
Measurement of continuous faults on the supply line
harmonic
• Measure and display the harmonic components and total harmonics of each phase voltage, current, power up to 50 times. The display mode can be selected as a chart or list.
Waveform
• Up to 10 or 12 voltage/current waveforms per channel can be displayed.
imbalance rate
• Displays the voltage unbalance rate and current unbalance rate of the 3-phase wiring.
