Door Closing Force Measuring Equipment-HGE-DC700N
According to DIN EN 14752:2015 standard electronic system measurement evaluates the door closing force of railways, trams and buses. Includes rubber strips for different doors.
Based on the standard DIN/BS EN14752, a device dedicated to measuring doors can optionally measure the force during repeated closing. The door closing force measurement device TM complies with all requirements for the door limit closing force measurement.
Due to the simple operation and accurate measurement of the device, the device can quickly and easily check the door closing process.

Measuring range: 50N to 700N
Strength Level 1: Standard Door (max. 400N)
Strength Level 2: Large traffic flow (maximum 600N)
Measurement accuracy: 100N:± 3N
Greater than 100N: measured value ± 3%
Operation
The rubber strips of the different doors have a quick-fit quick-release mechanism (opening width: 50,100,200,300,500mm, and custom).
Rugged handheld computer Psion Workabout Pro with color display, protection grade IP65, can withstand 26 drops from 1.5 meters to smooth concrete surface.
You can edit the tester's name, job number, vehicle number, vehicle driving performance (mileage), remarks, signature (through touch screen), door number, door name and door type with corresponding limit values.
Displays the peak force (Fp), the duration of the closing procedure (Tpeak) and the hysteresis of the door rollover (trev). If the threshold is exceeded, there will be an audible and optical signal.

Flexible
The special door measuring method measures the temporary force pulse at the start of the door closing procedure.
The measurement program may be interrupted and restarted at a later time.
The measurement report can be viewed directly on the laptop after the measurement.
Display last measurement data (LM)
The data can be converted to PDF format, Excel spreadsheet or MDB format.
The closing curve can be displayed in the measurement draft.
Laptop computers are used for a variety of purposes, such as: for door closing force measuring equipment DIN EN 14752:2005 standard, wheel spacing measurement.
New: Measuring rod 1-5 according to DIN EN 14752:2015 standard.
